Our Free Call Service
How It Works
If you have access to the internet then you can call us using our special Free Call service entirely without charge.
All you need to do is click the "Free Call" button above, or wherever you see it on this site, enter your phone number, click Call and your phone will ring. Within seconds you will then be connected to our Head Office.
You can talk for as long as you like - even from your mobile or overseas (USA, Canada, UK or New Zealand) and it will cost you nothing. You don't need to stay on-line or use any special equipment - just click Call and the system will ring your number and then connect you to ours! Tip: If your phones are answered by a Receptionist you may need to alert them to a call being connected for you.
Feel free to use it for sales enquiries or technical support calls - it will be our pleasure to be of service.
Our phones are manned Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, AEST (Queensland, Australia time) but if you call outside these times please leave a message with your contact details and we'll get back to you at the first opportunity.
If calling from a landline, don't forget to include your area code. If calling from overseas, just enter your number as if you were giving it to someone in your own country - no need to add your international access code, the plus symbol, or your country code. Simply click the button to show which country you are calling from and we'll do the rest!
